NEJ-PR Mass Production Equipment

The NEJ-PR mass production equipment is a representative product of Nite's RGB series. It is suitable for the HIL/HTL/EML/CF processes in OLED production lines and can also be applied to the printing of MLA (dot) and QD quantum dot structures. The PR product line's mass production equipment has already successfully achieved high-resolution CF and RGB structure printing at the customer's end. With precise droplet volume control and a high-precision motion system, the equipment achieves high uniformity in pixel pit filling morphology under the control of intelligent patterning algorithms.

This equipment is designed to meet the mass production requirements of OLED production lines. It features a rich array of printhead modules and a more intelligent continuous operation process. It provides a complete intelligent process closed-loop control system that interfaces with upstream and downstream equipment on the production line.
