NEJ-PR Small-scale Equipment

The Nite NEJ-PR small-scale printing equipment is a compact device developed for pixel structure printing, primarily targeting the development of new display materials, structures, and processes. It enables rapid validation of materials and processes, thereby enhancing research and development efficiency. This equipment can be configured with multiple printhead modules to support quick material changes. It can also be equipped with an AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) module to rapidly detect printing quality and identify printing defects, accelerating the rapid iteration of printing materials and processes. Additionally, optional cleaning, VCD (Vacuum Chamber Dryer), and UV (Ultraviolet) equipment can be integrated to meet the requirements of process and device fabrication.
