The Nite NEJ-PTE mass production equipment is a representative product in the film layer series. It is suitable for mass production processes of TFE (Thin Film Encapsulation) and MLP (Micro Lens Panel) film layers on OLED production lines. The PTE mass production equipment adopts advanced technologies such as precision motion control, accurate droplet control, and intelligent printing planning, ensuring uniform distribution of ink droplets across the entire substrate and achieving mura-free high-uniformity film layer spray coating for large sizes.


The product features a partitioning printing function, capable of controlling the ink droplet amount in narrow frame and AA Hold areas, realizing precise cutoff of the IJP structure and ensuring product reliability. The cavity atmosphere design of the product is scientifically and reasonably configured, providing a stable environmental foundation for the entire film layer preparation process.
