NEJ-PR Pilot-scale Equipment

The Nite NEJ-PR small-scale printing equipment is a compact device developed for pixel structure printing, primarily targeting the development of new display materials, structures, and processes. It enables rapid validation of materials and processes, thereby enhancing research and development efficiency. This equipment can be configured with multiple printhead modules to support quick material changes. NEJ-E/P Equipment

NEJ-ES equipment
The Nite NEJ-ES equipment employs electrohydrodynamic atomization technology. By leveraging a high-voltage electric field to guide the tip of a high-speed jet to surpass the Rayleigh limit, it generates femtoliter (fL)-level droplets. This process enables the deposition of uniform and dense films with a thickness of ≥50 nm. It is primarily designed for the efficient preparation of high-viscosity materials and ultrathin film layers. It is particularly suitable for the preparation and development of ultra-high resolution array microstructures such as MLA, and can also be used for the development of electro-hydro dynamic atomization processes to achieve sub-micron level film thickness formation.
