Medium and large-sized UV products can be equipped with high-uniformity air flotation support leveling technology, improving the uniformity of the liquid film flow on large substrates and preventing the occurrence of pin mura. Small-sized UV products can be integrated into printing equipment, achieving follow-up curing or post-print curing. NEI-AVI Equipment
- The NITE NEI-AVI is an appearance inspection series equipment developed by NITE. When used in conjunction with NITE's coating and RGB series equipment, it provides a comprehensive solution from printing to appearance inspection. Utilizing visual technology for image processing and defect recognition, it detects various surface defects, including cracks, burrs, bubbles, stains, dents, and more. Additionally, based on the defect type and characteristics, as well as specific product requirements, measurement and classification can be performed. The system enables closed-loop process adjustments after the printing process, improving product quality and yield.
